La Palma is the furthest west of the Canary Islands. The climate of La Palma is generally between 17 and 18 degrees in January and February and 22-23 degrees in the hottest time, which is August and September.
La Palma is made up of volcanic rocks and has many mountains, but are still greener than any of the other Canary Islands. La Palma is perfect for people who enjoy walking in the countryside, where biodiversity is high.

From La Palma you can take flight or ferry to the other Canary Islands.
There are also good ferry connections from Gran Canaria to the Spanish mainland and Madeira.
The oldest settlement in the Canary Islands has been dated to about 500 BC, but it is not known with certainty today when the various islands were populated.
Agriculture is La Palma's main source of income. It is most cultivation of bananas, almonds, tomatoes and tobacco.
More and more tourists discover La Palmas advantage, and tourism is on the rise.
